Tamika Martin is a dynamic entrepreneur, CEO, and thought leader based in Derbyshire, UK. She is the founder of Tamika Martin & Friends, a personal brand launched in 2019 to empower entrepreneurs through bespoke VIP experiences, leadership coaching, and business advisory services.

She also leads Culture Deluxe Limited, curating events like the VIP Entrepreneur Brunch to connect founders with industry leaders. With a background in TV (Notts TV, ITV, BBC), education, and community work, Tamika is known for her commitment to social impact—advocating for underrepresented communities and raising awareness around issues like poverty and breast cancer.

Davies Okeowo

Davies Okeowo is a seasoned entrepreneur, speaker, and investment readiness expert, who is on a mission to stimulate growth in people, businesses, and enterprise ecosystems.

He has directly worked with over 400 businesses and has trained more than 5,000 entrepreneurs, enabling them to accelerate business growth.

He is one of the UK’s leading experts on Investment Readiness, working actively to help businesses become investible and attract the resources they need to achieve their growth objectives.

He is the Founder and CEO of PitchHub Ltd, an organisation that provides a wide range of investment readiness interventions including software solutions, programme design & delivery, and consultancy services among others.

Temitayo David-Eyen

Temitayo David-Eyen is a pioneer of her generation, an impactful leader and a trendsetter in various spheres within the industry.
She’s an entrepreneur and a multi-property investor with a portfolio worth over seven figures placing her in the 1% bracket in the UK.
A Director within the NHS with over 20 years’ experience in the healthcare industry.

She’s also the CEO and Director of TDE Group; the Chairman of TDE Foundation and
the convener of Kingdom Shakers UK (a women’s movement group).
With a Masters in Healthcare Leadership and an Executive MBA, Tayo enjoys sharing
her knowledge and expertise via coaching and mentorship.

lifelong dreams, Tayo has a drive and determination to see many succeed in the pursuits of their goals and aspirations.

Michael Adeyemo

Michael Adeyemo is a distinguished entrepreneur, speaker, and insurance expert known for delivering tailored financial solutions to individuals and businesses. With a strong track record in strategic leadership, he previously served as National Sales Manager at Brimstone Multinational and Executive Director at Greenpeace Properties.

Michael is currently the Business Development Manager at Diaspora Insurance, a firm dedicated to providing unique insurance coverage for people of African descent living in first-world countries such as the UK, USA, Canada, and across Europe. His mission is to ensure diaspora families have immediate access to funds during bereavement, bridging financial gaps during life's most critical moments.
